DELIVERY:

We will despatch your order:

• On confirmation of credit card acceptance by the authorisation centre
• When online transfer is complete
• On receipt of your cheque in the mail

FREIGHT:

We endeavour to keep freight charges as low as possible & will keep you informed on any changes should they arise.
We will also inform you if the weight of your order exceeds (see chart below) to allow you to adjust your order if desired
Please note that couriers have an extra charge for rural delivery. If you wish to avoid this please provide us with an alternative town address & a phone number                            All couriered items will be signiture required, & do not allow delivery to post office boxes.

 

Local - Napier/Hastings (up to 10kg) $ 5.00
Nationwide (up to 2kg) $ 7.50
North Island (up to 10kg) $ 11.50
South Island (up to 10kg) $ 19.75
Rural charge - additional $ 5.00

 

 

 

 

 

NORMAL DELIVERY TIME

This depends on how and when you order. Normally orders are despatched the next working day. For North Island customers, this means you should receive your parcel within 2~4 working days. For South Island customers, this means you should receive your parcel within 3~5 working days. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

From time to time there are heavy demands on particular products.
As we deal mainly with small suppliers & some of our range is seasonal, it is not always possible to replenish our supplies immediately. We recommend you order early to avoid disappointment & apologise if the product you seek is sold out.
